Salon Policy and Our Commitment

Trust is key when it comes to your personal appearance and we are committed to making you look your very best. In order for us to accomplish that, we work as a team to ensure everything goes smoothly during your visit.

Booking Terms

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit that is credited toward your bill in order to secure your appointment time. Our job starts at the time of your deposit, where we carefully select and purchase the products and disposables that your appointment will require.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. The deposit can be applied to your new appointment. If you miss your appointment without notifying us you will also be charged the full amount of your scheduled service (minus the deposit) to secure your next appointment.

We understand that as the customer you get the final say on who takes care of your beauty needs. But in turn, get to choose who sits in our chair. We do not discriminate based on age, religion, or sexual orientation. But we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.

We require all clients of High Heel Savvy to be just that: High Heel Savvy. This means we are committed to treat each other with dignity, respect, and professionalism. Please arrive on time prepared for your service to begin. This ensures the best possible experience during your visit.

All Clients

Because everyone is different, we personalize your experience and the services provided to meet your unique needs. Before we begin work we will provide an individual consultation and agree on customized pricing that works for you. You agree and understand that our pricing sheet conveys a range of prices that may be quoted differently in person based on your specific situation.

Consent to the Use of Your Image

We will never take a photo or video of you without your consent. From time to time we may ask to take a photo or video of you, either before, during, or after your session, so that we may feature it on our website, Facebook Page, Instagram account, or in our other marketing materials. By providing your verbal consent and having your photo taken, you agree to allow us to use your photo, image or likeness in our marketing materials and that no compensation is due to you. You further agree that we own the copyright of any videos or pictures taken of you.

Safety and Security

In order to prevent theft and ensure the safety of our staff and clients, you acknowledge and agree that our Salon is monitored and recorded with an audio/video surveillance system. Notwithstanding the above, you accept notice and agree to the use of our security system. We will never use any video surveillance footage in any of our marketing materials.

Color Clients

High Heel Savvy provides the highest quality color care and correction services available. It is important to have your color maintained regularly, according to recommendations. Please remember that exceptional growth (generally past 2″-2 1/2″ in our sole determination) is considered to be a color correction and will be priced accordingly.

Bellami and VIBB Clients

In order to maintain the special discount pricing offered with the Bellami or VIBB program, clients must adhere to the written terms of the agreement. If, in our sole determination, you have failed to follow the agreement by altering, coloring, cutting or otherwise changing your hair, then our agreement is void and we will no longer honor your warranty.
